Well once you’ve been featured a few times, you’re more likely to be featured again because the editors of the tag will probably start following you and then they’re more likely to see your posts. And a lot of the time if you post one things that is worthy of being featured, you’ll end up having lots of other great posts! It isn’t an exclusive thing though, if any person posts something in the tag that is great and original it is likely to get featured, and once that happens more of their nail art is likely to get noticed, and so it’s a bit of cycle. :)
